Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs how personal data of Stockvela users (https://stockvela.com) is processed and protected. The operator is IE Murdalov Zurab Zelimkhanovich (the “Operator”).

By using the service you confirm your agreement with this Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the service.

The email address provided at registration.

Inventory and sales data you upload for forecasting.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, in-app actions (for reliability and abuse prevention).

Shop details, if you provide them: name, address, contact phone. Used to compose the purchase orders you send.

Contact details of your suppliers, entered by you: name, email address, phone.

Providing access to service features and analytics.

Authentication and account security.

Payment processing and delivery of paid plans.

Notifying users about critical stock levels and service updates.

The database is held on the Operator’s own server in the Russian Federation. Backups are stored encrypted in cloud storage in the Russian Federation. The application is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.

Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and Row Level Security are applied, so each user can access only their own data.

Passwords are never stored in plain text and are handled via secure authentication.

Retention period: personal data is kept for as long as the account is in use and for 12 months after the account is deleted or after the last user activity. Data required by law (payment records, for accounting and tax purposes) is kept for the periods prescribed by law.

Deletion: once the purpose of processing is fulfilled, upon withdrawal of consent, or at the request of the data subject, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. To delete your account and the associated data, send a request to the address listed under "Contacts".

The Operator does not sell or share personal data except with infrastructure providers required to run the service: Vercel (application hosting), Yandex Cloud (backup storage), Groq (AI analytics), Robokassa (payments), Cloudflare (protection against automated requests), Telegram (service notifications to the Operator).

These providers process data only to the extent required to deliver their functions.

Your shop details and the contents of an order are sent to the supplier you choose, at the moment you send it — by your action, and exactly as shown in the document before sending.

By entering supplier contact details you confirm you have a lawful basis to process them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

The service uses technical cookies and local storage to keep your session, selected language and currency. This data is not used for advertising profiling.

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
